Coaching That Honors Both Your Story and Your Future

Coaching is different from therapy.

Therapy often focuses on understanding, treating, and processing mental health conditions and past experiences.

Coaching complements that work by helping you reconnect with your strengths, clarify what's important now, and take intentional steps toward the life you want to build.

Many of my clients choose coaching alongside therapy.

Together, they can provide both a place to process and a place to grow.

My coaching integrates:

✔ Embodiment

✔ Mindfulness

✔ Breathwork

✔ Nervous system regulation

✔ Trauma-informed principles

✔ Practical goal setting

✔ Self-compassion

This isn't about "positive thinking."

It's about creating enough steadiness that you can move forward without leaving yourself behind.

My Approach

What is Embodied Coaching?

One of the things that makes Healing Through It unique is my emphasis on embodiment.

While traditional coaching often focuses primarily on mindset and goals, embodied coaching recognizes that our bodies hold valuable information about our experiences.

You might notice a tightness in your chest as you talk about a difficult conversation. A sense of relief when you imagine a different path. Or a feeling that something isn't quite right before you can explain why.

Rather than ignoring these experiences, we learn to listen to them with curiosity.

Your body isn't a problem to solve.

It's a source of wisdom.

You Belong Here.

Whether you're navigating grief, a life transition, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.

You don't have to arrive feeling hopeful.

You don't have to know what comes next.

You only have to come as you are.

I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
