Why Healing Through It Exists
Healing Through It wasn't born from a business idea. It grew from one of the hardest seasons of my life.
After losing my mother to suicide following her long struggle with alcoholism, everything I thought I understood about grief, healing, and resilience changed. For weeks, I focused on staying busy, working a lot and avoiding the pain. Eventually, I realized this wasn't something I could simply work my way through. I needed to slow down and allow myself to fully grieve, and to rediscover what healing actually meant.
During that time, I found myself returning again and again to the practices that had supported me long before my loss- mindfulness, yoga, breath work, and simple nervous system regulation. Several months later while on a solo road trip through the south of France, I felt an undeniable pull toward this work. I was almost finished with a book that radically reframed the way I looked at loss, and I knew I wanted to dedicate my life to helping people navigate life's hardest seasons.
That calling led me to become an ICF-certified coach to accompany my background in yoga and mindfulness, and build Healing Through It.
Today, my mission is simple:
To be a trusted resource for people navigating grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Not to tell you how to heal. But to walk alongside you while you discover what healing looks like for you. Healing Through It is more than a coaching practice- it’s a space for people to slow down, take care of their inner world, and remember they don’t have to go through it alone.

As an ICF Associate Certified Coach, my role isn't to provide all the answers.
I believe each person already possesses incredible wisdom, resilience, and capacity for growth. Sometimes life's experiences make those inner resources difficult to access.
Together, we'll create a space to slow down, notice what's happening beneath the surface, and gently reconnect with what your mind and body are already trying to tell you.
My work integrates evidence-based coaching with mindfulness, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and trauma-informed principles. Rather than focusing only on thoughts or goals, we also pay attention to present-moment experience—because healing often begins when we learn to listen to ourselves in a new way.
My intention isn't to fix you.
It's to create a space where healing becomes possible.
My Approach
You’re Welcomed Here
Whether you're navigating grief, a life transition, burnout, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, you don't have to have everything figured out before reaching out.
You don't have to arrive feeling hopeful.
You don't have to know what comes next.
You only have to come as you are.
I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
