Individual Coaching

Life doesn't come with a roadmap for grief, trauma, or major life transitions. During these seasons, it's easy to lose sight of yourself while trying to navigate everything else.

Coaching offers something different.

It offers space.

Space to pause, reflect, understand what's happening beneath the surface, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may feel distant after life's hardest experiences.

Healing Through It is built on the belief that you don't need to be fixed. You need the opportunity to slow down, listen inward, and discover your own path forward with compassionate support along the way.

My coaching may be a good fit if you are navigating:

  • Grief and loss

  • A major life transition

  • Burnout or emotional exhaustion

  • Identity shifts

  • Caregiver stress

  • Anxiety or emotional overwhelm

  • Recovery from a difficult life experience

  • A season where you no longer feel like yourself

Who Coaching Is For

What Coaching Looks Like

Every coaching relationship begins with curiosity.

We start by exploring where you are today, what you're carrying, and what you hope will feel different as we work together.

Rather than following a rigid agenda, each session is shaped around your unique needs while being guided by the Healing Through It Approach:

Presence — Slowing down and noticing what's happening in the present moment.

Awareness — Exploring thoughts, emotions, patterns, and the body's signals with curiosity.

Embodiment — Reconnecting with your inner wisdom through mindfulness, breath, and embodied awareness.

Integration — Turning insight into meaningful, sustainable change through intentional action and reflection.

Some sessions may be deeply reflective.

Others may focus on practical tools, navigating a current challenge, clarifying values, or creating next steps.

No two coaching relationships look exactly alike because no two people do.
