Virtual Workshop: Listening Inward
A deeper practice in body awareness, nervous system regulation & mindfulness.
Thursday, September 17, 2026
10:00 - 11:00 AM MDT
What to Expect
More space. Fewer distractions. Longer practice.
Unlike Finding Your Ground, this hour will include very little teaching. Instead, we’ll spend most of our time in guided practice- slowing the pace enough to notice what is happening in your body, your nervous system, and your inner experience without immediately trying to explain or change it. Together we’ll move through:
Settle + Make Space
We’ll begin with simple nervous-system practices using orientation, breath, physical support, and gentle awareness to notice where you are between activation and settling.
Listen Inward
This is the heart of the workshop. We’ll spend an extended period practicing how to listen to what’s happening within you with curiosity and compassion- noticing sensations, emotions, images, words, or the more subtle sense of something you may feel before you can fully explain it.
Rest + Integrate
We’ll close with stillness and a few minutes of journaling to notice what feels important to carry forward.
You do not need to have attended Finding Your Ground. No previous mindfulness experience is required, and sharing is always optional.
Give yourself one hour to listen.
