Mental Health Coaching for Grief, Stress & Life Transitions

Healing Through It offers compassionate, trauma-informed mental health coaching that integrates mindfulness, embodiment, nervous system awareness, and evidence-based coaching to help you reconnect with yourself and move forward with greater steadiness, resilience, and self-trust.

Helping you reconnect with yourself after life’s hardest seasons.

Life has a way of changing us.

Sometimes healing isn't about fixing what's broken. Sometimes it's about finding steady ground again.

You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, exhausted, or unsure of who you are after everything you've been through.

Together, we'll create space to slow down, process what you're carrying, reconnect with your strengths, and build practical tools that help you move forward. Not by forgetting what happened, but by learning how to live alongside it.

How I Can Support You

Whether you're looking for one-on-one support, gentle practices, meaningful community, or resources to return to whenever you need them, Healing Through It is designed to meet you where you are.

Healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It’s about reconnecting with the person you’ve always been beneath the pain.

My Philosophy

I don't believe healing means forgetting & I don't believe grief is something we "get over."

I believe healing begins when we create enough space to truly listen to ourselves - our thoughts, our bodies, our emotions.

To the quiet wisdom that's often drowned out by stress, grief, or the pressure to "move on."

I believe healing begins with presence & awareness.

From there comes reconnection.

Then the slow, meaningful work of integrating what you've discovered into everyday life.

Some experiences become part of us & healing doesn't erase them. But we can learn how to carry them differently.

The grief never gets smaller, your capacity to hold it grows.

Meet Taylor

Healing Through It grew from one of the hardest seasons of my life.

After losing my mother to suicide, I found myself searching for a different understanding of healing—one that honored grief without asking me to leave it behind.

That search eventually became both my personal philosophy and my professional calling.

Today, I bring together evidence-based coaching, mindfulness, embodiment, and trauma-informed practices to support people navigating life's hardest seasons.

If you’re here…

Maybe life looks different than you imagined.

Maybe you've lost someone you love.

Maybe you're carrying the weight of burnout, anxiety, or emotional exhaustion.

Maybe you've experienced a major life transition and no longer recognize the person you've become.

Or maybe you simply know that something needs to change, but you aren't sure where to begin.

Wherever you are, you're welcome here.

Begin where you are.

You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out.

Sometimes the first conversation is simply about figuring out where to begin.
