Healing Through It: Grief Circle

A free monthly gathering for grounding, remembrance & community.

Last Sunday of every month @ 9:30am

Grief can feel incredibly isolating, especially when the rest of life keeps moving.

Healing Through It: Grief Circle is a small, informal gathering for adults grieving the death of someone they love. Once a month, we’ll meet to slow down, remember the people we miss, reflect, and spend time in the company of others who understand that grief doesn’t follow a timeline.

There is nothing to fix, accomplish, or figure out here.

Just space to show up as you are.

Sunday, August 30
9:30–10:45 AM
Washington Park · Denver

Who this is for

This gathering is for adults grieving the death of someone important to them, whether your loss happened recently or many years ago.

You do not need to be at any particular “stage” of grief.

What to bring

Bring a blanket or portable chair, your morning coffee/tea, and a journal and pen if you’d like.

What to expect

First 10 minutes: Arrive, set-up, and settle into the space.

Then one grounding practice before you’ll have an opportunity to reflect & share about the person you’re missing. There will be space for optional conversation and connection with others who understand what it means to carry grief. Sharing is always optional.

About the Grief Circle

Healing Through It: Grief Circle is facilitated by Taylor Collins, an ICF Certified Coach, yoga teacher, and trauma-sensitive mindfulness coach who also knows grief personally.

This is a community-based gathering rather than therapy, clinical treatment, or crisis support. Because we are meeting in a public park, complete privacy cannot be guaranteed.

Please RSVP

This is 100% free, but the exact pin location will be emailed to you the day prior.
