What to Expect

A 60-minute interactive virtual workshop designed to help you better understand how stress and overwhelm show up for you, and practice simple ways of reconnecting with yourself when life feels like a lot.

Give yourself one hour to slow down. Together we’ll use a mix of guided reflection, mindfulness, journaling, and gentle body awareness. Sharing is always optional.

All you need is a journal, a pen, and a comfortable place to join.

No prior experience with mindfulness, coaching, or yoga is needed.

Give yourself one hour to pause.
